In 2021, a group of diplomats and fellow travelers launched the Cultures.Academy - an online academy forPeople with highly mobile lifestyles, including notably Professional nomads, diplomats, expats, digital nomads, accompanying partners and their family members. 

 

The aim of the academy is to offer people who are highly mobile, both personally and professionally as well as culturally and locally, something that is linked to their respective environment and the special features associated with it. In doing so, we not only draw on the expertise of our professionals in the academy, but also share our personal experiences with our own highly mobile lifestyle.

 

The concept of the highly mobile lifestyle describes a life of constant change that requires a high level of adaptability even in challenging environments and very often in difficult times. A life in which you constantly go through recurring phases of preparation, transition and arrival as well as saying goodbye and reorienting. 

 

Two areas are essential for our work at the Academy:

On the one hand, we would like to invite people with similar backgrounds to a community in which comparable experiences and impressions can be shared and learned from one another.

On the other hand, we would like to develop offers for people that meet the challenges of a highly mobile life, that offer them support and that encourage them to grow personally.
